Final Stage 6:
Busan to Seoul
Kristie joined me in Fukuoka for some sightseeing and then we traveled together to Busan on the Camellia Ferry Line.
We found a nice apartment in Songdo overlooking the waters.
Perfect to enjoy the views for morning coffee and evening drinks.

A lovely spot by the beach.
Songdo Beach is man-made and the first public beach in Korea, opening in 1913.

The location of the condo was perfect to explore Busan, with convenient access to buses and Subway.

Gwangalli Beach is popular for the fine sand and numerous restaurants, cafes and bars.
Jagalchi Fish Market is the largest Seafood Market in South Korea.
The Hipcup Cafe in Nampo is a great spot for people watching.
It also serves my favorite dessert! 😋

Korea has a supurb coffee culture and no scenic location goes without.
Start of the Busan to Incheon 633km Cross Country Route.
Dr. Who never showed, so I started to pedal!

Statues of Korean Heroes are on display, as a reminder of the struggle for freedom.
Sangju Bicycle Museum is the only one in Korea.
Sangju is the bicycle capital of Korea, as a quarter of the population uses it as a form of transportation.
Ihwaryeong Pass of 548m is the only elevation that has to be conquered
on the North - South Route.
